Exercise, drink more water, eat right, and LOSE WEIGHT!!
I have "officially" started Sparking (once again) Spring 2014/ Recently joined YMCA and am addicted to the water fitness classes---and attend as many as I can!
Started working from home about 3 years ago...Easy to get complacent and not really realize how pounds started adding up! Also, now that I am into my 50's and TRULY getting serious about weight loss--counting calories (and staying within range), the weight really does not seem to budge much. I need to get more active!!
