One day at a time.
I'm trying to get rid of the excess baggage that has been hanging on way to long. One of the ways I have decided to do that is not look at the overall picture of what I need to lose but take it in 10% increments. I will just keep changing my goal weight as I reach each goal. So my first goal is to lose 10% of my weight. June 2012 weight loss = 6.8 lbs. Weekly ave = 3.4 lbs. July WL = 2.0 lbs. Weekly ave = 1.48 lbs. Aug WL = 5.7 lbs. Weekly ave = 1.4 lbs. Sep ...

My Goals:
Want to lose 10% of my body weight which would take me down to 288.2. Completed on 10/7/12 :) lost 33 lbs. 2nd 10% to lose 28.7 lbs to take me down to 258.3.

Making sure I stay within my calorie range. Drinking my water.
