One More Chance to Turn Some Heads

I am nearly 50 and nearly 50 pounds over weight! Thats not how I want to go out of this life! I have struggled with my weight off and on at times in my life and I'm tired of carrying around this beast! I'm tired of feeling old and unattractive. I want one one more chance to turn heads!

I wish you the very best in obtaining your goals! You are beautiful! I can really relate to your goals. I'm almost 48 and about 50 lbs overweight. I'm so sick of it!

I know how you feel wanting to take control of your life and get healthy and fit. You're a beautiful woman (who doesn't like she's turning 50!) so draw from all you have within yourself and make things happen! You can do it!
