The Newcomer

My name is Lee & it would be nice to meet new people with the same interests as me.
My main goal is to be healthy and fit. I believe the only way to be fit is to be very active and to "EAT CLEAN" I would like to age nice and slow, I'm in no hurry.

I'm married to that "One In A Million Man" and have
two grown sons, my oldest made my husband & I grandparents! Three times.

I almost forgot Rocky, my golden retriever, who's a
wacko! I also have a blast ...

The poses are just 1 min that is why its called 1 minute yoga. Wow you did 3 min that is really hard for a belly down backbend. In class we hold for 20-30 seconds!!!
