    Thank you Lee for the goodie! Yes, I have had quite the history in learning from a certified Russian kettlebell instructor what it takes to build up strength, mobility and have a strong core.

    My chiropractor was the one who diagnosed me with back issues in 2010. By the time July 2011 came around, I ended up having to have back surgery, possibly due to the years of snow shoveling heavy snow. He was the one that got me hooked on kettlebells.

    I told him when I recovered enough, Lord willing, I would be back to swinging the kettlebell once more. And so I am!

    So in the meantime, I am under the care of a nutritionist as well because I weigh about 20 pounds more than I did when I first started swinging a kettlebell. But I have already lost 30 pounds prior to picking up the kettlebell again, just from eating healthy and walking. So now is the time for the real work to begin!
