My name is Becky and Im a SAHM of 3 who also goes to school full time. I've tried SP before, but didn't keep up with it. This time I started out on my own, working out and eventually changing my food. I quit smoking a year ago and gained 30 pounds. So, I'm starting over and at a heavier weight. *But* Im SO, SO glad to be quit!!! Looking forward to inspiring people and being inspired!

It gets easier with time. It all depends on forming habits. Imagine how your leaner lifestyle will be, focus on new daily behaviors until they become habits (which takes about 3 weeks), then when you are ready, focus on new behaviors to change. Be prepared to have major setbacks that will disrupt your schedule. for instance, i am away from home for a week and my whole morning routine of weighing, walking and eating veggies for breakfast is blown. but i know i can get back on the wagon when i get home.

If i can form healthier habits, so can you...You go girl! L
