It gets easier with time. It all depends on forming habits. Imagine how your leaner lifestyle will be, focus on new daily behaviors until they become habits (which takes about 3 weeks), then when you are ready, focus on new behaviors to change. Be prepared to have major setbacks that will disrupt your schedule. for instance, i am away from home for a week and my whole morning routine of weighing, walking and eating veggies for breakfast is blown. but i know i can get back on the wagon when i get home.
