Thats great - what really matters - not just for the challenge but for YOU - is whether the scales go up or down - not what your weight actually is!! In the July Challenge - it might be easier if you just give me a finishing number of pounds lost (or gained but I hope not) right at the end of July!! Since its so hard - dont worry about the in between weights, unless you particularly want to!! You must very gradually be getting stronger - it really takes time to rebuild muscle - and patience - I am discovering that!! 2157 days ago
Well - look on the positive side - you are busy - which means movement (of some form) and movement means calories!! tracking meals out - you can do as I do - ignore them!! But look at the food you eat and in your mind estimate the calories, carbs etc and then track the rest of the day and, in your mind look at the rest of the totals together with the estimations of the meal out!! Then you know if you are well over, or under etc!!
I'm sorry you are faced with so many health/financial issues but try to look for that glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel - its got to be there somewhere - even if its hard to see!!
