Wow, it's been so long since I've used SparkPeople, but I have been keeping up with some of the e-mail posts that I get! I love hearing other people's succes stories. I joinced SparkPeople in 2006, back then I weighed 180 and went up to 195! After a touch regime of eating healthy and working out, I went back down to 180, and over the years til now I've gone down to 160! Wow, it's been so long since I've used SparkPeople, but I have been keeping up with some of the e-mail posts that I get! I love hearing other people's succes stories. I joinced SparkPeople in 2006, back then I weighed 180 and went up to 195! After a touch regime of eating healthy and working out, I went back down to 180, and over the years til now I've gone down to 160! I am extremely happy with my current weight, but I know I can do better! I've started working out again and being much healthier, but I'll be the first to admit that it's not easy! A major life change that I've done is that I am now a Vegetarian! I've been a vegetarian since June of 2008 and I am loving it! My health has totally improved and I feel great! Still, I have some body fat I want to work off, but all with time! I write more, or started writing more about my health and fitness regime on my personal blog, so please check it out and give me some feedback and suggestions. My Goals:
Right now, my current goal is to loose between 5 and 10 pounds by the end of May! I started on this goal April 27th!
My Program:
What I'm doing right now is Trying to eat healthier! I'm also excercising! I'm running 3 to 4 times a week, or at least that's the plan, and I do lite workouts throughout the day.
Personal Information:
I live in awesome San Diego, CA and just look forward to meeting new people with similar goals. I want to surround myself with people who want to live healthy lifestyles. Also, I want to surround myself with people that inspire me!
