Helloooo brand new life...!

I'm Laura.

I used to be chubby slothy slob, but one day in late 2011 I decided that I wasn't going to live like that anymore. I got more active, I paid more attention to my food. I ended up losing 30lbs, but I'm steadily seeing the scale creep up as I put on more muscle. So I'm not getting on the scale anymore.

What keeps me going on this journey is variety and self-experimentation. This time last year I was counting calories and running 6-7 miles. Now I'm eating ...

Thanks! Honestly most of the "magic" happened in the first 30 days. I kept going because the only things I missed were sugar and wine. It's been really good for me to be able to just say no. I plan on eating Paleo/Primal once my Whole challenge is done. Congratulations again! You're doing great and I'm imressed ny the variety of things you cook. emoticon

Hi LEB!

I saw your post on Revived's page...
I bought the book on Amazon... it was less than $40.00. In my opinion, yes the book is worth every cent.

I am on day 15. I do weigh myself even tough the book states not to. A couple days ago (at my last weigh in) I was down 4.6 pounds. i started Whole 30 on May 28th. Today is June 13th.
