Personal Information:
Recently uprooted my entire life when I met my soulmate. Now I'm adjusting to our new life in Northern Virginia and just enjoying being in love.

Other Information:
No amount of persuasion will convince me to wear any other running shoes than Merrell's barefoot line. Try them, they're awesome!

Exercise makes me a happy girl.

That is weird that your fitness minutes don't have their own fields...I guess its programming, but still weird your "goal" is 1000 lb lost emoticon

I recommend Beast Breakfast highly!!! :) It's shared on Spark Recipes as "Veggie and Sausage Breakfast Casserole" for easier tracking, if you end up trying it. :D

hey! let me know how you like barre! so for tracking, what do you mean? I would put it as ST even though it has cardio...if you mean calorie wise I have a HRM so I know my calories. Otherwise, I would track it as Coach Nicole's barre workout, although when I tried that (I forgot my HRM for my first class) I thought my class was WAY harder (I have her dvd) so I about doubled the calories, and when I actually wore my HRM for my next class, it was fairly accurate.

And you SHOULD try swimming! It is very fun. When you feel warm/possibly sweating in the pool, that's how you KNOW you are REALLY working hard, hahaha.

I hope the new job is going well! Glad the snuggles are too. :)
