Hi, my name is Leauriy, and I need to have a place where I'm held accountable for what I'm up to which is to let go of this excess weight and be heallthy.
I've been at "Losing" weight for about half of my life and I seem to keep finding it and putting it back on. But, I am FINALLY in the right place to actually be ready to let go of all of this excess and be DONE with it!
I realize that i don't need the extra poundage anymore. No need to hide beneath it. I've always wanted to be invisible and not be noticed. But, gaining all of this weight only gave Me the illusion of this. I always seem to have stuck out like a large sore thumb. { What ever was i Thinking?? }
Anyways, here i am on this journey once again, only this is the Last time and I Am Relieved!! I'm actually, enjoying the process. But i'm not so niave to think that this time will be different and i won't have any trouble along the way. That's why I'm enlisting the help of others and giving as well. This isn't something that i should be doing alone,...no one should. Just as it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a community to empower a person to reach her full potential.

Fitness Minutes: 44,827

My Goals:
* Lose 35 lbs. by March 31, 2014( my 50th birthday )

*Exercise 5 days/wk for at least 45 - 60 minutes

* Drink 8 cups of H2O/day

*Eat 2-3 meals @ 500 cals. with at least 50g protein and under 30g carbohydrates/meal

*Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day

*Get 7 hours of sleep

*Follow along with all of the challenges and work outs of the Spark Your Body Bootcamp

Start weight: 180 (May 2009)
Start weight: 160 ( Dec. 2009)
Start weight: 196 (Sept. 2012)
Milestone I: 169 lbs.
Milestone II: 150 lbs.
Milestone III: 140 lbs.
Milestone IV: 135 lbs.
Goal weight: 135 - 140 lbs.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was Yesterday!

My Program:

1. I'm tracking how much i work out using the trackers on SP.

2. And i'm using the support of the teams that i've joined as well as journaling my progress, feelings, AH HAs, and set-backs.
