Hey! My name is Alicia, and its now time to start a new chapter in my life.. I am now engaged to an amazing guy :) We are planning to get married next year sometime! I can't wait to start all the planning and everything BUT I also need to remember to keep my body the way I want it to look amazing on my wedding day! .. thats WHY I am here! :) I have NOW reached my goal of 115 but am planning on going down alittle more maybe 110-115 just staying within that BUT no set goal just staying within that range! :) I now need to start really getting firm going to the gym regularly I did metabolic weight loss about a year ago and went from 154 to 137, When i got off of it I gained alot back and went back up into the 140's which isnt fun!!! I have tried to do this by myself but I know it isn't possible I need some kind of guidance. So I started spark people again!! WHICH I LOVE!!! :) I started weight watchers on 1/3/11 which i am very excited about because this will be my second time to do it and I know it works. So right now I am working on mini goals and with that I will finally get to my BIG GOAL!!!!!! :) and I can't wait! My first mini goal is just lose 5 lbs!!
