Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Liz, and I have had lots of change this year. I recently bought a house, got married, and changed jobs! If I could lose 8 pounds I would be in my healthy range, but would love to loose about 20 to 25. All encouragement is welcome!

My Goals:
Goals -- my first and main goal is just to become more healthy. I would like to feel good after I nourish my body! I would also love to be more fit physically. On a vain goal -- I would love to be 4-6 and weigh about 130.
My Program:
I am honestly doing a combination of things to meet my goals -- I am attending Weight Watchers to keep me accountable by a weekly weigh in. I am also looking to start the 17 day diet here shortly.
