LEARNING TO FLY!
Hi Everybody - I decided after the holidays to get serious about my weight loss. I am in my mid-40s, and it doesn't come off as easily as it used to. when I quit smoking 5 years ago, I joined a forum where supportive members posted motivating threads daily. A group of us communicated with each other every day this way. It was so encouraging, and having people (besides your immediate family members) hold you accountable was great. Hi Everybody - I decided after the holidays to get serious about my weight loss. I am in my mid-40s, and it doesn't come off as easily as it used to. when I quit smoking 5 years ago, I joined a forum where supportive members posted motivating threads daily. A group of us communicated with each other every day this way. It was so encouraging, and having people (besides your immediate family members) hold you accountable was great. I tried to get something like that started for weight loss on another site, but it didn't work out. then someone told me about this place. I am looking forward to forming supportive friendships here with others who have similar weight loss goals and issues.

My Program:
1. Exercise 5 days per week. 2. Eat less food in general. 3. Eat more fresh fruit.
