"A warrior feeds his body well; he trains it; works on it. Where he lacks knowledge, he studies. But above all he must believe. He must believe in his strength of will, of purpose, of heart and soul." - David Gemmell

"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

"No road is too long for him who advances slowly and does not hurry, and no attainment is beyond his reach who equips himself with patience to achieve it." - Jean de La Bruyère

What is a Workout?
A workout is 25 percent perspiration and 75 percent determination. Stated another way, it is one part physical exertion and three parts self-discipline. Doing it is easy once you get started.

A workout makes you better today than you were yesterday. It strengthens the body, relaxes the mind, and toughens the spirit. When you work out regularly, your problems diminish and your confidence grows.

A workout is a personal triumph over laziness and procrastination. It is the badge of a winner-- the mark of an organized, goal-oriented person who has taken charge of his, or her, destiny.

A workout is a wise use of time and an investment in excellence. It is a way of preparing for life's challenges and proving to yourself that you have what it takes to do what is necessary.

A workout is a key that helps unlock the door to opportunity and success. Hidden within each of us is an extraordinary force. Physical and mental fitness are the triggers that can release it.

A workout is form of rebirth. When you finish a good workout, you don't simply feel better, YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF.

My Goals:
I want to learn to love myself, and not be so hard on myself. I want to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet, and not judge my success by the number on the scale, but rather by how I FEEL. I think once I start doing this the weight loss will just happen naturally.

I want to own a pair of really great boots. My calves are too big right now to find any that will fit them.

My Program:
*Calorie range of 1260-1600
*Increasing fruits and veggies
*water, water, water
*running, zumba, yoga - a minimum of 4 hours of exercise a week

Personal Information:
I live in NY and am a Stay at Home Mom to my two beautiful children. Julia is 4 and Reuben is 2.

I have a wonderful husband, family, and friends.

Jesus Christ is my personal savior, and without Him I am nothing.

Other Information:
"The secret is, there is no d@mn secret. Eat healthy and workout. That's it." - Kelly Osbourne

"A diet will never change you. You have to change yourself. You have to say 'I'm just not going to do that anymore'" - Kelly Osbourne
