My name is Denise I'm glad to be on Sparkpeople I been a member from September 2012. In the spring of 2013 I started 5 % challenges I learned a lot from them. Track everything I eat good or bad
Exercise 30 to 60 min. daily

Eat 1200 to 1550 calories a day.
Walk/run 5 days a week with 1 being a 5k.
Strength Train mon & Thur. upper & lower body Core & Abs on Tue. & Fir. Rest day Wed. & Sat. or Sun.
