Hello everyone! Happy to be here with all of you! Turned 50 in the past few months and thought it was time to take fitness and health a little more seriously. One of my goals is to run a 5K in my 50th year. I also want to grow kale in my garden and learn how to make kale smoothies. I know nothing about either of these things, so hopefully some of you can offer me advice. I do have pretty good habits, but as I always say, "The room for improvement is never full!"

LeannRennee,

I am going through my SparkFriend list praying for everyone. I prayed for you. I prayed that the LORD help you with your daily weight loss and to stay with you daily goals. I ask the LORD to bless you, provide your needs, and bless your family. I ask God to help you with any problems or worries you may have. I pray for HIM to give you strength and power to deal with your daily situations. God bless you, Sister-In-Christ.

Happy Mother's Day to you, my friend!!! It doesn't matter if you're a people Mommy or a four-legged Mommy, or an Auntie we are all special to someone and that should be celebrated. Have a wonderful day with your loved ones and get a little bit a pampering for yourself.

My friend Obiesmom2 ask me to put this prayer request out for her.

She says, "Please note - I am extremely sleep deprived. My apologies in advance for blogging under the influence of Ambein,"
a co-worker's 24 year old daughter had a zip line accident last week. She ended up in the ER, It took 22 stitches to close the wound in her calf. She was sent home and told to take OTC pain meds. A few days later, the extreme pain sent her back to the ER. She was checked, given a script for Darvocet and sent home. Her parents wanted her to come home, but she didn't want to leave school so close to the end of semester. A college friend called her parents to let them know something wasn't right. They took her to the ER again. She was given antibiotics and sent home. The pain and fever were not improving, so her parents took her to the ER.

she has a flesh eating virus. They've had to remove her leg, some of her fingers, and an area of her abdomen. She coded 3 times during the amputation surgeries. She's been in a coma, but is starting to open her eyes a bit and recognize her family. She is now at a burn and wound care specialty facility.

her family is asking for prayers and for blood donations. They are setting up a blood drive in the area where she is, but would like for anybody who feels moved to donate in their own area. At the Burn Unit they have seen so many people in desperate need.

please remember Aimee, her family, and the doctors in your prayers.

THANK YOU my wonderful
