Hello everyone! Happy to be here with all of you! Turned 50 in the past few months and thought it was time to take fitness and health a little more seriously. One of my goals is to run a 5K in my 50th year. I also want to grow kale in my garden and learn how to make kale smoothies. I know nothing about either of these things, so hopefully some of you can offer me advice. I do have pretty good habits, but as I always say, "The room for improvement is never full!"
