A little about me. I have been married for 10 years. We have 3 kids whose ages are 8, 6, and 2. Between working full time as a nurse, and my kids in all their sporting activities, it has become hard to find time for me! But, I know it is up to me to make that time for myself!

How have things been? Did you get the coach thing all figured out? Has your eating gotten better with your husband home? I can help with some tips or places to get info if you like!
I think you should def get Turbo FIRE..it actually has a hybrid schedule to mix with CE! If you love Chalene you'll love them together..I do like TF. I like all my workouts..mixed together with the ones I like to tailor it for my needs. That's the beauty of at home workouts!

How was your week? Did you eat better like you wanted? Sounds like you got a good workout in:)
Did you get the coach change thing figured out too?
Chicago was great in the respect that I got to eat some specialty food places I like to eat we can't get here in Iowa (and go to Whole Foods!) but I was pretty tired when I got home..didn't sleep well and had a lot to do. Oh well-time for a new week right?

How is life? I TOTALLY hear you on variety-I too need it:) I even mix up my Shakeology recipes too..variety keeps your body guessing and happy..just don't mix up your sleep habits..those can stay consistent-ha!
How was your week/end??
To change coaches, when on your TBB home page at the bottom it says contact us. Then you can request a coach change (ccleadbyexample, #27848).
