It's summertime! The kids have been out of school for a few weeks now and I've decided to unfreeze my gym membership and start going back! A friend of mine talked me into these body sculpting classes that are really kicking my butt. Hopefully, it will shrink away in fear...hehehehe...

My Goals:
I just want to live well and be a good example to my three girls. There are enough bad examples in the world, so it's time to step over to the other side of the line and PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH. Most days, anyway.
My Program:
Tracking my nutrition and exercise here is a wonderful thing. I get distraced easily, so my main focus will be to get up and get back on that horse as soon as I slip.
Personal Information:
I live in the middle of California. I like to write, knit, drink tea, and stare at the wall blankly whenever possible. Lately, I've actually wanted to do more active things.
Other Information:
One husband, three daughters, two boxers, a cat, two acres, and a whole lot of sarcasm are what keep me going.
