I need to lower my triglycerides and get my A1C under 6. I want to be down 28 lbs by 12/12/13. Down 17ibs so far.
Going low carb due to Type 2 diabetes. Thanks to my health issues I had to give up walking 2 miles a day. I really miss it. Still tTrying to move as much as possible to make up for the bum knee.

Survived emergency open heart surgery on 9/30/09. Was back to walking at least a mile a day only a week later.

Thanks for comment on my blog I can make you thin. After I did that blog ! I was told there was a SP team Paul Mak Team which I did join .I listened to the disc I read the book again Now I am converted! I do find eating slower is a MAJOR help in the battle. We are never too old to learn new tricks. Thanks Irene
