I need to lower my triglycerides and get my A1C under 6. I want to be down 28 lbs by 12/12/13. Down 17ibs so far.
Going low carb due to Type 2 diabetes. Thanks to my health issues I had to give up walking 2 miles a day. I really miss it. Still tTrying to move as much as possible to make up for the bum knee.

Thanks for the Encouragement! Although the loss is much slower, eating you own foods is the key to being a healthier me. I seek out more fruit and veggies which to me is insane. I eat veggies at lunch time which I never have done before. I feel 100% better a well.
