My First goal is to increase protein and reduce the fat and carbs, eventually reducing 13 pounds by November end.

My Program:
I have 2 programs.
A. Diet Control: Eat less fat and really avoid fast foods.
B. Exercise: Do 30 mins of Cardio atleast 3 days/week and 45 mins strength training 3days/week
