I had to go down to 1000 cals a day, then when I got close to my goal, I had to drop further. It was part of the Beck program that she said that we had to decide if we wanted to go down more in weight, we needed to carve another 200 cals off our daily intake, or were we going to be happy with the weight we were at. I chose to drop lower.
