My name is Sheila and I live in Virginia with my husband, Fred, and my dog, Max. I am a 60 something who has lost 13 lbs. on Spark People since the beginning of May. My Goals:
My long term health goal is to lose 25 lbs., live a more active lifestyle and & be able to a size 10!

Short Term Goals are as follows:
Weigh 155 lb. by June 15th!
Lose 1 lb. per week until I reach my 25 lb. weight loss goal
Win the lost 5 lb. Trophy
Win the lost 10 lb. Trophy
Win the Lost 20 lb. Trophy




My Program:
My plan is to do the following:
Check in with Spark Coach every day.
Track all food & fitness with SparkPeople Trackers.
Do 10 min. of cardio every day.
Do 30 - 40 minutes of cardio 4 days per week.


Personal Information:
I live in a rural community -- Louisa, VA - in Central Virginia mid-way between the Blue Ridge Mountains and Richmond, VA. I am blessed to live within an hour's drive from my 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I love to take walks with my dog Max. Did I tell you he's the world's sweetest dog?

I want to get back on my horses regularly and plan to start riding in Sept. I'd also love to start running again, if my legs and feet can handle it. That was my passion for decades and giving it up was hard but I had no choice. Having surgery my foot and knee might allow me to run very easy and short runs so I'm going to see if I can make that happen. emoticon
