1. Get down to a semi-healthy weight (I come from a family notorious for very dense bones and high muscle mass, so BMI isn't as accurate on me as most)
2. Be able to wear cute clothes, including revealing clothes. (The big girls here will agree with me that while the plus size fashion industry has made great strides toward fashionable clothes, most of the cute clothes still simply aren't available in anything over a 14)
3. Slim down for my upcoming wedding!
Cardio: Elliptical mostly, also Zumba. When the weather is extremely bad and prevents me from getting to the gym, I have an XBOX Kinect and several games for it, as well as 7 Dance Dance Revolution games, and more exercise videos than I can count.
Strength: Combination of weight training and Pilates 2x-3x week, abs every day.
Stretching: every day! (combination of standard stretches and yoga)
I like several other types of fitness, but these are the ones I do most frequently.
Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals! We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals. We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
