I am back and I am going to stay here this time. I went way off track due to stress but that will never be the case again! I am starting over in life and I am going to do it right! I will never let anyone or anything make me feel like eating is the way out (actually it was always me doing that to myself). Just get rid of the bad and bring in the good!
