Sorry Meg I have been off doing my own thing. Trying to teach myself how to eat. Experimenting with carb intake and when to eat meals. Turns out I eat differently than most people and it helps to calm the cravings dramatically. Started running too :) 249 days ago
Megan, Remember back in 2010 you lost weight and I needed the inspiration to do so as well. You were there for me. You introduced me to Sparkpeople. I think losing weight together really brought us closer. If you need any kind of help I am always here for you. If you have a Gym membership and can bring a buddy I will come along if you need a workout buddy. I have all these sidewalks here and a huge basement now so I do not need a gym membership-but if I had one I would want to bring you. Not that I am using that senario as a way to get you to bring me :P just saying I am here for you. Even if you just want to go to a park and walk with someone. Anything. You are my friend and always will be. I am eagerly watching you work hard to lose the weight (we BOTH put back on) and cheering you on!
