Welcome to Sparkpeople! I'm in the Lose 20 by 2010 challenge with you. I see that you are getting a little discouraged. Don't! Shake yourself all over and just get out there and move. I was at 252 at my highest! I'm down to 215. I never though in a million years that I could get back down this low! But look at me. 16 more pounds and I'm under 200! That is going to feel so good.
So take it from me slow is good! That's when real change occurs!
