I changed this twice on Friday when I decided I needed to come back to Spark! How frustrating that my changes didn't hold!
So, I went to my PA on Wednesday, weigh in (dressed, pockets empty) was 232, up four pounds from my previous weigh in, which had been up 5 pounds from the one before that. Going in the wrong direction and nothing pointing to anything going in the right direction. My cholesterol is not cooperating with the medicine I've been on, so she prescribed a stronger (more expensive, of course!) one for me to try. I would rather work harder at getting it under control by dietary changes, and I know Spark can help me with that too.
And I have missed you! All of my Sparkfriends! It's harder to Spark with my current work schedules, but I will be here for at least a few minutes every day!
My scale today, with just my nightgown, says 225. I KNOW I have not lost 7 pounds in 2 days! lol So I am resetting my ticker and goals to the 225 start point.
New short-term goal: 225 by Memorial Day
Tracking calories every day - faithfully. Nobody else cares, I'm only fooling myself if I cheat.
Get moving!!! I used to work an eight-hour-a-day sit-down job, not easy to get exercise in, but I did try to find ways. I'm now on my feet 25 to 30 hours a week. Unfortunately, my body has become accustomed to this level of activity. Need to pump it up!

I love old movies (yes, black and white!) , jazz and classical music, science fiction books, my everlovin' DH, and truthfully, not much that's on television these days!
