At first it was about weight loss, but it''s even more than that now. My newly diagnosed food allergies have put my food issues at the forefront. Time to take responsibility for my actions. Time to make good choices. Time to say no more. For my health and my happiness.

My Goals:
Right now I'm focused on fitness instead of weight loss. I still have 15-20 pounds left to lose, but it's more about appearance than health. So, I've decided to set some fitness goals instead ones involving the scale.

My Program:
I've joined a soccer league, and I'm starting to take classes at my gym. I have a hard time working out self directed. As for diet, I'm going to listen to my body, and give it the healthy whole foods that it needs and deserves!

Personal Information:
I'm 23 years old, currently 175 pounds at 5'10". I'm married to a wonderfully supportive man, who always helps me with my goals. I tend bar on the weekends, and go to school full time during the week.

Other Information:
Here are my biggest hurdles:
-I work in a tasty chinese food restaurant!
-My ever changing schedule
-Dealing with pressure to indulge

But I can beat them with determination and hard work!
