It''s Time

My Goals:
Right now I'm focused on fitness instead of weight loss. I still have 15-20 pounds left to lose, but it's more about appearance than health. So, I've decided to set some fitness goals instead ones involving the scale.

My Program:
I've joined a soccer league, and I'm starting to take classes at my gym. I have a hard time working out self directed. As for diet, I'm going to listen to my body, and give it the healthy whole foods that it needs and deserves!

Personal Information:
I'm 23 years old, currently 175 pounds at 5'10". I'm married to a wonderfully supportive man, who always helps me with my goals. I tend bar on the weekends, and go to school full time during the week.

Other Information:
Here are my biggest hurdles:
-I work in a tasty chinese food restaurant!
-My ever changing schedule
-Dealing with pressure to indulge

But I can beat them with determination and hard work!

Thank you for your comment on my page! I don't really have anything big planned for 50 lbs lost. I'm thinking about getting a haircut. My hair has been growing for a long time and I really need to cut it. Money is very tight, so I don't really give myself many rewards. Luckily, just feeling better and looking better has been enough motivation so far.
