Hi everyone! My name is Leah. I'm 20 years old I'm married and i have a one year old! I know, people always get suprised when i tell them i'm 20 and have a one year old, but i would never take anything it back! i love my family. Most of my weight gain was from my pregnancy.. and after i gained on top of that! Im tired of making excuses for my self why i cant.. Im ready for change and telling myself that I CAN! :)

My goals i want to reach is i really want to be a runner again.. My high school days i was way active, I was in track and cross country. Thank goodness my lungs are still strong from my running days. So far i can run a 5k with out really being winded at a good pace. My goal is to run a 5k every single day no matter what! if more then great! :) I was also in soccer, im hoping that this running can get me where i want so i can be able to play agian.. right now i feel like im not ready to join a team yet. One last goal i want to accomplish this year is i want to get to my goal weight so i can be able to have another baby! During my last pregnacy i got sick with preclampsia and had to be put on bed rest.. my blood pressure was way to high and it got way to risky. I know that my weight and my exercising had to deal with the reason why i was on bed rest. I went from an all star athlete to still having my eating habits and not exercising at all. I gained a lot my first trimester and it just got worse, till the end of my pregnacy my blood pressure was horrible! This time i know what i can do to prevent myself from ever being in that position. Im going to loose my weight finally! no more procrastinating.. Once i loose my weight i promise my self i will never go back to the way i was! I want live a better life style for me and my family. I want to be an example to those around me that when you get stuck in horrible habits, you can get out of them.

My Goals:
-I weigh 180 and i want to loose 25 lbs by august 1st! I know its a big challenge but ive seen people do it, if they can i can! I know i can do it if i take a whole lot of dedication and hard work from my part.

-I want to become a runner.

-Run a half marathon before the year is over.
