Change your mind and change your health
Done being unhealthy. I am hypoglycemic and making a lifestyle change to loose weight and to keep my blood sugar level. Today is April 1, 2010. I discovered SparkPeople sometime in 2009, from a WW board. I have done every diet know to women. LA Weightloss to Weight Watchers. It has been exhausting. When I was thin I thought I was heavy, so I have learned I have some image issues. I am working them out. Tomorrow I start staying within my calorie range ...
Done being unhealthy. I am hypoglycemic and making a lifestyle change to loose weight and to keep my blood sugar level. Today is April 1, 2010. I discovered SparkPeople sometime in 2009, from a WW board. I have done every diet know to women. LA Weightloss to Weight Watchers. It has been exhausting. When I was thin I thought I was heavy, so I have learned I have some image issues. I am working them out. Tomorrow I start staying within my calorie range of 1200 to 1550. I will probably stay on the high end for now and go down as I loose . I am also committing to at least 30 minutes of cardio for 5 days a week. Check back for updates. I am currently tracking on SP and following The Zone, so I can have protein/healthy carb/healthy fat at each meal and snack to keep blood sugar from dropping. I eat 6x a day every 2 to 3 hrs Check my bio for progress updates
