Mom & Teacher W/ Things to Learn & "Lose"
I am a sixth grade teacher and a mother of two boys. I love to eat but have not always been too fond of exercise. Over the years I have dieted, lost some weight, and put it right back on again. Two years ago I was in a car accident. The injury to my neck has made it even more difficult to exercise. It also gave me an easy excuse. It is time to get my life, energy, and waistline back. Two years ago I was in a car accident. The injury to my neck has made it even more difficult to exercise. It also gave me an easy excuse. It is time to get my life, energy, and waistline back. I started on my own five weeks ago. I weighed in at 185. As of my first day with SP I was down 12 pounds, but could feel myself losing motivation. I am here to get it back.
