Never say {diet}
What "they" say is true- the only tried and true way to lose weight and keep it off is diet and exercise. It takes a clean diet and consistent strength and cardio to lose weight and never see it come back. 2011 was a busy year for me. I graduated college, moved across state lines, changed my last name and got a real "big girl job". I have 15 pounds left until I reach my goal weight and 2012 is going to be the year I make it happen.

My Program:
Run as much as I can. Encorporate more strength training. Try new fitness classes. Take long walks with my husband. Repeat.
