I believe in making small changes that I can see myself doing for the rest of my life. While the weight loss has been very slow, I have managed to keep 45 pounds off for 10 years now and continue to go down slightly each year. I am done with yo yo ing!

Personal Information:
I live in Iowa, and I work 70 miles from where I live so have about 1 hour and 15 minute drive one way each day.

Other Information:
I love to read (book tapes), mosaics, and computers.

Hi. Thanks for popping in asking about me emoticon I am feeling way better today will be able to get in a short workout but I will take it easy this week...man I was soooo weak and so tired it felt like there was rocks in my stomach for over a month...now my daugthers, my niece her baby and hubbie and my sister have it...yesterday my youngest daughter threw up 6 times. So far I have been the one to have it the longest..lol but thats the way its with my body...you get used of it but boy its not nice emoticon emoticon it feels good to feel good again! I just ddin't want to come on sparks and complain on how sick I was and I couldn't work out and blah blah blah so I waited until I could workout then came back on so now I can say....lets the games began and LETS WORKOUT!!!!!! teehee. Hows it going with you?? emoticon
