Time to get control

I have been eating vegan since May 08 without any results on the scale. Have decided to try following Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman in the hopes that decreasing my grains and upping my veggies & fruits even more will show some results.

My Goals:
To get more control over my eating and my lifestyle choices and figure out what is driving my need to 'not succeed' at weight loss.

My Program:
Baby steps....one new small goal a day, every day sometimes food/diet related and sometimes lifestyle related. could be something as minor as 'make the bed' or 'do the dishes' but every change in my life will impact my diet/lifestyle and overall health and happiness!

Thank you for the blog comment! I believe we might be on the same day on E2L! I'm day 5 today. I weighed myself again this morning and I lost 2.5 from yesterday. It has to be water weight, but still...wonderful!

I just came across a post that you responded to a while back about "Exercise and Panic". I have such a hard time exercising because of the racing heart causing me to feel like I am going to have a panic attack. Thanks for letting me know that I am not the only one!!

Don't give up on yourself. We all have sent backs. If you mess up and eat something you shouldn't start from that moment and don't beat yourself up over it. I'm saying this because I have done the same thing for years. Mess up Oh Well I'll start again on Monday and it is only Tuesday!! I'm a emotional eater, I think that is the biggest thing I have learn start now. It is definitely a one day at a time, one meal at a time. You can do it!
