I think you get extra points for strength excercises. I just track my cardio minute for minute. Today I walked at the dog park for 15 minutes and I was on the elliptical trainer for 75 minutes and I did 10 strength excercises. I've seen others ask about the minutes and I recall that there was an explanation about minutes for strength training when Spark America was launched but I don't remember the exact details, only that you get minutes for each strength excercise.
