    I think you get extra points for strength excercises. I just track my cardio minute for minute. Today I walked at the dog park for 15 minutes and I was on the elliptical trainer for 75 minutes and I did 10 strength excercises. I've seen others ask about the minutes and I recall that there was an explanation about minutes for strength training when Spark America was launched but I don't remember the exact details, only that you get minutes for each strength excercise.

    Hey LD Yep the turtle is a good totem to have here slow but steady. I am amazed at how 7 pounds has flow off already since Wed. when I signed up. This time I know we will do it!
