My overall goal is to lose 118 lbs.

I want to be toned and have enough energy to keep up with my 3 kids!

I want to model an active lifestyle for my kids.

I want to be healthy and disease free (no heart disease, cancer or Type 2 diabetes).

Plant-based, whole foods, low/no dairy way of life.

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
