I have new knees. After many years of sedentary life style, my goal is to do everything required to have complete function. This includes continuing to loose weight to make movement easier.

Hi, Linda. The Silver Foxes DVD is very hard to find. I've seen it on Amazon for an outrageous price. Ebay has several of the VHS tapes which came out in 2008. It has 2 programs on it. It has Jacqueline Stallone, Sal Pacino, Pauline Fawcett, Harry Hoffman and Shirley Simmons doing the exercises with Richard. It's nice seeing older people doing the exercises.
