Getting Better Every Day

Here I am again. Just when I finally get it off, I just lose control. But I have that limit of what I will accept. I've reached the critical point yet again.

So looks like I still have to loose that 20 to 30 lbs. Arrrrgghhhh!!!!

This time, my husband is loosing too!! He does a lot of our cooking, so having him on board will make all the difference this time.

I keep my calories around 1400 to 1600 and no late night snacking.

I am ordering a treadmill. My knees have become too sensitive. Need to stregthen them again. Arthritis is such a pain, I'm not complaining.
