Starting over ...

I've started over time and time again. And now, again. After looking at vacation photos, I see that I need to find a way to make it stick. I once was in shape and comfortable in my own skin. I need to change things this time. I need to make it more important. I need to get back that self confidence!

My Program:
1. Work out regularly. Cardio 4-5 times a week, and strength 3-4 times a week.

2. Eat healthy and balanced meals and snacks. I'll track my food and watch calories, protein, carbs, calcium, and fat.

3. Learn how to make this a life style without hating it.

Other Information:
My "life indulgences" include quilting, crafting, reading, down-hill skiing, biking, cooking, and baking.

Hi. Just wanted to thank you for the encouraging words on my sparkpage blog! I appreciate all the encouragement I can get! I sometimes lament the fact that I was a size 3 when we got married 20 years and 3 babies ago! LOL! But I will get back down to at least a healthy weight. We all will.

jus a quick hello from the surrounding radius area. alot of us have had success losing with the help here. sometimes it helps to have lots of motivating spark ppl to talk to. yeah, the scheduled tasks and trackers help too, but best of all-it's free! this website is all what you make of it so....goodluck to you cuz we're all in it together now. lata

Hi. I am not doing so hot on my weight loss journey. I fell off of the wagon, but I hopped back on since the 30th...and I have my seatbelt on this time...not going anywhere. Will leave the pounds behind though!

Thank you for all your encouraging words.
As a busy mom myself, I know how hard it is to balance family, work, and on top of it all, trying to find time to exercise. I really appreciate all your great ideas for challenges. They have been a great help to me in keeping me motivated.
