Loving the fit life :-)

I have lost about 40 pounds since 2008....looking to get SUPER fit and really lean in the next 6 months or so, ideally losing another 15-20 pounds!!

I utilize the gym and at-home workouts and hope that with consistent workouts (cardio and strength training) and tracking my food on Sparkpeople...I'll be able to reach my goal!

I bought Turbo Fire when it first came out. Did a few sets and liked it, but it was just too fast for me & I just didn't have the patience to learn the new moves, and definitely can't jump which I know isn't required. So I ended up sending it back. What I DID love was the stretching sessions. I did the 40 minute one and loved it. I wish they'd offer us a "pick and choose" type of deal, where we could pick out only which ones we want, mainly for Turbo Fire because you get so many as it is, but unfortunately they don't.

I haven't finished a full round of CE because the first time, when I got awesome results, had to stop to do major house cleaning & repairs; 2nd time, I got to LEAN, but felt so weak and realized I wasn't lifting as heavy as I was in BURN; 3rd time, this month, I'm doing good, started out lifting what I was in my third week the first time, but my weight is inching up and up (mainly due to my caving into sweets), and then I took a week break for a trip, so I just decided to do TJ for a couple of weeks, then restart CE because I know we won't be taking any week-long trips once the weather gets cold.
