November- Rookie 5K program, BLC 17 October- Varies following the BLC17 challenges and using cardio DVDs and continuing the Rookie 5K program Aug-Chalene Extreme and Couch to 5K August 1st- Advocare 24 day challenge.
I LOVE Focus T25 and Shaun T! You must too since you've done other of his programs. I just finished Gamma a few weeks ago and honestly I am now doing Brazilian Butt Lift just to keep workin' it until the new P90X3 comes out in early December.
The biggest "selling point" is the relative brevity. THAT is actually why we are getting P90X3 which will be 30 minutes. T25 is 25 minutes 4 days a week and a double on Friday and then weekends off except for stretching. LOVE it.
There is ANOTHER new workout coming in February I think called the 21 Day Fix with a brand new to Beachbody trainer that is in beta right now and one of the coaches I know is just loving the program and the results.

Good morning.....you know it's funny because I posted in our team locker room about it and only a couple people had done it and yet at Summit there were just a TON of people swarming the trainers from Brazilian Butt Lift. I am feeling it everywhere (although I'm also doing a planksgiving challenge with a group this month). Kind of short and sweet so far - 30 ninutesish. He talks you through it all. Just two girls doing it. I'd say straight forward. I JUST finished T25 and wasn't expecting to feel the muscles I am so he def gives you a FULL body (not just booty) workout. Are you a BB coach? I am anxiously waiting on P90X3 in December! Love Tony!
