December- 60 min. FM per day 6x/week. Using HRM to help monitor calorie burn, 10000+ steps per day, NO HOLIDAY GAIN! November- Rookie 5K program, BLC 17 October- Varies following the BLC17 challenges and using cardio DVDs and continuing the Rookie 5K program Aug-Chalene Extreme and Couch to 5K August 1st- Advocare 24 day challenge.
Thanks for the goodie. I'm past the cramping phase, I think. I'm really having a hard time connecting with people right now, which sucks. I'm really not looking forward to the due date, but I figure one day at a time for now.
