January 2013- Chalene Extreme/Turbo Fire Hybrid August- Barry's Bootcamp focusing on strength training May- ST 3x week RUN Kettlebell Find new program January-Wii training! EA Active 2 4x week My Fitness Coach 3x week BLC18 challenges December- 60 min. FM per day 6x/week. Using HRM to help monitor calorie burn, 10000+ steps per day, NO HOLIDAY GAIN! November- Rookie 5K program, BLC 17 October- Varies following the BLC17 challenges and using cardio DVDs and continuing the Rookie 5K program Aug-Chalene Extreme and Couch to 5K August 1st- Advocare 24 day challenge. 2 5Ks in October! I can do it!
