My short term goals are to achieve one day of eating healthy and to get active and off the couch. My long term goal is to both consistently eat healthy every day and to exercise a minimum of four days per week.
EXERCISE: I had surgery (hysterectomy) 2 1/2 weeks ago and I am just now able to get out and start walking. I want to include swimming aerobics into my exercise program as well. FOOD: I want to eat 3 healthy square meals/day with 2-3 healthy snacks in between meals.
I am 50ish and live with my wonderful husband in Eugene, Oregon. I have worked all my life and retired eight years ago. Since retiring, I attended college for the first time and received an AAS degree in Legal Assistant. I currently work part-time for a non-profit organization. I have one daughter and two granchildren (16 and 6 years old) that are the light of my life. (My oldest granddaughter has autism). I enjoy music, piano, baking, reality shows, good friends, Seattle Mariners and Seahawks, and reading.
Coming from the state of Washington, it took me MANY years to convert from being a Huskies fan to a Ducks fan! I'm proud to say that I am now a full-fledged Ducks fan!!! :O)
