My Program:
LifeChanger and, for those not familiar, there is a team, Vice Busters Diet.

Basically, three balanced meals and a healthy snack if I need it and 12 cups of water daily,

The following are varioius forms of exercise I do:

yoga
walk
elliptical
spinning
lap swimming
bike riding

I started out walking 15 minutes 3 times per week. I've come a long way. Mixing up my routine keeps me consistently exercising and keeps bordom away.

Other Information:
If you eat normal, exercise normal, you will eventually weigh normal.

Julia of Vice Busters says: "If you keep doing what you've always done, you will keep getting the same results."

I am against diets, they don't work. It's a lifestyle change that works long-term.

If you need help or support, please post to the boards. Someone will get back to you quickly. It seems someone is always online. I have found this team to be wonderful. I hope you do too.
