I'm Peruvian and Lizbeth's my name.... I have lived in different places, the first one I moved to was Santiago de Chile for my first 2 years of college, then came back to Peru and finished my bachelors degree in Architecture on 2000 I moved to DC and loooooved it there...I stayed for more than 6 years.... after that it was Alicante in Spain, where my brother and nieces live, for my Masters degree....
Now I'm back home but don't know if I will be staying long.... for now it's good!!!!! but ...

My Goals:
Go back to my "average" weight of 128-130 pounds... I have gained 30+ pounds in one year after moving from DC to Spain...
My Program:
I want to resume my normal lifestyle, which is:
exercising everyday just because I like it
..endorphins welcome back!
eating 4 meals a day and cutting back on sweets!
stay away from the cookie jar!!!
