-Lose the weight I gained from quitting smoking and not having time for myself. -Stay in shape. -Eat more fruits and vegetables. -Stop eating after midnight. -Stop eating when I'm upset or stressed.
Just trying to eat more consciously and at proper times. I'm also trying to make more time for myself.
Iíve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, itís a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!
Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!
I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight.
