Always the chubby girl? Sure was! That was me (still is)...but not for much longer.

Got skinny once, about 4 years ago. Didn't even try, have no idea how it happened, tried to maintain it, but didn't work. I miss that girl.

So here I am.

With motivation and determination driving me, for the first time, I can see how this is possible.

- Drop 50 lbs. (only 21 left to go!)

- Start dancing/ performing again! (CHECK)



My Program:
- Yoga 2-3 times a week. Love my Eoin Finn!

- Personal trainer 2 times per week.

- Zumba once a week

- Pole Dancing once a week

- Run 2 times a week

- Clean eating tailored diet of approx 1600 calories. Sooooo hard to reach while eating clean. No alcohol, no bread, no refined carbs, no dairy. No A, B, C, D!

Aww, thank you so much! Congrats to you too! 19 lbs is fabulous... I know you're going to uncover your inner cheerleader, haha. I used to be one too & I miss my little body. But at least it's great motivation!
