I am back on track running 30-40 minutes 3 days/week and plan to increase it to 5 days. I can manage that. I know I need to ramp up the calories burned to a higher intensity, but I am trying to form the routine again.
How do you manage set backs? I lost 10 pounds. I got sick, then put an ulcer ontop of that and gained most of the weight back and got out of the routine. I feel like I worked so hard for really nothing. I am stuck at my wieght. It is like someone keeps pushing me down. I keep getting back up, but don't end up getting where I want to be.....125 (or keeping weight off and continuing my good eating/excercising habits)
So what I have so far is...tracking food, blogging, water and keep moving. This is working. I like doing it. I suppose I need to add motivation as well. Help me with your motivation. I would appreciate it! 1852 days ago

Thanks for the pic comment. My advice is track track track! Track your food and watch your sodium intake. Also water is key! I started out exercising on the Wii with 20 min at a time, then worked my way into a gym, and now I do kickboxing and strength training several times a week. I LOVE to run also! The main thing is to stay positive and remember that there will be setbacks and plateaus.. don't stress about it. Just keep on going! You can do it !! Best wishes on your journey !
