A horse of a different color
I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children. I am 39. I follow The Way, The Truth and The Life as much as a fleshy person can. I am tired of fighting this food battle, I want to win it. I want the war to be over, but I feel stuck. I take 1 step foward and 2 steps back. Life always gets in the way. I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children. I am 39. I follow The Way, The Truth and The Life as much as a fleshy person can. I am tired of fighting this food battle, I want to win it. I want the war to be over, but I feel stuck. I take 1 step foward and 2 steps back. Life always gets in the way. I always get back on the horse, but any progress seems to easily disappear and I seem to stay in the same place. All that work turns into nothing and is soooooo frustrating. I feel like I am a dune buggie spinning it's wheels in the sand. I will be 125-135 and a size 6/8. This time the horse I get back on is a differnet color. Being FAT feels aweful. I will make it down to my goal weight. I am not going to give up until I get there and plan on staying there. I am embarrassed to put summer clothes on. I used to be a fashion buyer and now I am having to cover my fat up. Yuck! I am going to feel and look good as I eat right and excercise. I am making excersize and diet a priority! Please help me on my journey.

My Goals:
My goals are straight forward and doable. 1. drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. 2. get 8 hours of sleep a day. 3. listen to a get up and go song everyday. 4. dedicate 3 hours a week to excercise. 5. dedicate 1hour per week for a weight watchers meeting for the first month.
My Program:
1. joining a jazzercise program/or doing at home slim in 6 video. 2. weight watchers meeting 3. getting my husband to commit to getting in shape.
