Hello everyone! My name is Lisa and I am new to Spark People. I am a full-time mother fo four boys ages 11-18. I also work full-time and go to school full-time, so as you can imagine I am pretty busy. I recently started going to the gym on 3/5/11. This was one of my healthy lifestyle goals in addition to eating healthier.

My Goals:
My short-term goal is to lose 85 pounds by my birthday in December. My long-term goal would be to lose 137-147 total pounds by 2/2012. I would also like to be able to do one-hour of cardio daily and increase my overall muscle mass and get a nice toned physique.
My Program:
I am currently trying to stick to a 1500-a day caloric intake. I am trying to do cardio everyday and weight-training 3 times a week. I am currently drinking 64-90 oz of water daily.
